You can’t Ask for better service, Logan knows his stuff! He trimmed several very large overgrown trees for me and did an exceptional job! Logan is licensed and uses extreme caution while up in the tree with safety equipment, and is knowledgeable on the dynamics of the falling timber, being cautious around power lines and considerate of the impact on one’s property. Logan’s bid was fair and competitive with other large crew tree services that I had bid the job. With just one man on the ground they worked well together and got the job done! Logan was very professional and quick to get us on his schedule. First call was a tree that was going to fall on my neighbors fence and boat. After that we decided to just cut down that tree and one other one. They did both jobs very quickly and efficiently and got it all cleaned up! Would highly recommend him!

Great service! Logan came and did a rush bid on a Friday late afternoon for us. He worked us into their busy spring schedule and came back to take care of the trees when he said he would. Hard worker and did a great job with removal and clean up! Will be our tree guy for anything we need in the future!!

Logan was great to work with. My neighbor cut my tree down and left my yard looking like a tornado. I was almost in tears ...I didn't know what to do. Logan and his team came to our rescue. A tree branch fell on my moms house. Logan went above and beyond to get the job done. His team works amazingly well together and they do a nice job cleaning up afterwards. He showed up for the initial bid and the job at the exact time he said he would. Logan is very professional and does excellent work. I have hired contractors for various jobs over the years and many were excellent at their craft but most were not very conscientious in cleaning up after the job. Logan was extremely conscientious on the job to the end, and there was no trace or mess. I had Logan and his crew grind stumps, trim the tree in front of my home and later asked him back to trim another another tree in back. Every job was done extremely well and to my satisfaction. The fees charged are also very competitive. I highly recommend Portneuf Valley Tree Service to to all.

Logan is amazing, he removed a huge tree from my private residence and did a great job, so when the snow broke a few branches on my trees out front of my daycare, I got ahold of them. Logan was out in not time and took care of it on the same day. They cleaned up the parking lot very nicely after trimming the trees. His employees are always very nice and willing to answer any questions or concerns I have if they can't answer them they contact Logan to ensure I get answers. Plan on using this services again for my private residence and they are the only one I will use for my business.

My neighbor hired this company and they knocked on my door today to ask permission to come on my my property. They we polite and removed the cut branches leaving us nothing to clean up. When we need to use a service they will be my first call.

While they were working a job across the street I asked if they could take a couple of medium sized Willow branches from my yard that fell from the wet snow. With a smile he took my branches and would take no money when offered. Great customer service, and I WILL be calling them for any future needs.
