Very professional and prompt.

Logan and his crew used expert precision when cutting this spruce tree down next to my house! Logan unfortunately couldnt use his lift to cut it down so he had to climb the tree and cut it down piece by piece.

Logan is incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking. He came out and did a great job, and even though it was a small one and he was super busy, he treated me like I was important. If I could give more stars I would and I'll definitely be calling him for all my tree service from now on.

I needed to have a lilac bush removed and hired Portneuf Valley Tree Service to do the job. Logan and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and left my yard absolutely spotless. Add to that, they are very reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone in need of tree service.

After being in our house 25 years, we took a really good look at our yard and realized that the trees and shrubs had gotten out of control. I contacted Portneuf Valley Tree Service, they responded quickly and evaluated our needs, gave me a very reasonable bid, and then did a spectacular job that surpassed my expectations. The people we worked with were courteous and very good about communicating, had a great work ethic, and were fantastic about keeping appointment times. They did such a good job for us that we immediately hired them a second time to clean up a tree in our daughter’s yard that had become dangerously overgrown. Did I mention our neighbors? They were so impressed that they hired them, too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

While they were working a job across the street I asked if they could take a couple of medium sized Willow branches from my yard that fell from the wet snow. With a smile he took my branches and would take no money when offered. Great customer service, and I WILL be calling them for any future needs.

Logan and his team came to our rescue. A tree branch fell on my moms house. Logan went above and beyond to get the job done. His team works amazingly well together and they do a nice job cleaning up afterwards. He showed up for the initial bid and the job at the exact time he said he would. I highly recommend Logan and his team.

Polite, professional and services were reasonably priced. Finished our job quickly and removed all debris. The yard was so clean and picked up after they left that you might not have known they were even there. Highly recommend their services.

Logan and his crew cut down this 100+ft elm tree for me. And they did amazing! Super affordable, super quick (but safe at the same time) and did an amazing job cleaning up! Like the tree was never even there.

Not only did they do a fantastic job with the tree work itself, but they also helped clean up problem areas around nearby power lines, which gave us real peace of mind before listing the property. One thing we especially appreciated was that they allowed us to keep and use the leftover tree clippings for a large mulch project on our property, a huge bonus that saved us both time and money. Great service! Logan came and did a rush bid on a Friday late afternoon for us. He worked us into their busy spring schedule and came back to take care of the trees when he said he would. Hard worker and did a great job with removal and clean up! Will be our tree guy for anything we need in the future!!

You can’t Ask for better service, Logan knows his stuff! He trimmed several very large overgrown trees for me and did an exceptional job! Logan is licensed and uses extreme caution while up in the tree with safety equipment, and is knowledgeable on the dynamics of the falling timber, being cautious around power lines and considerate of the impact on one’s property. This service did a great job for me in taking out a 15,000 pound 80 foot tree that the wind at 70 miles an hour had pulled down it was suspended by a flagpole branches and the neighbors roof it was more of an engineering job than a tree removal they did a great job and left no mess and no damage! Logan is amazing, he removed a huge tree from my private residence and did a great job, so when the snow broke a few branches on my trees out front of my daycare, I got ahold of them. Logan was out in not time and took care of it on the same day. They cleaned up the parking lot very nicely after trimming the trees. His employees are always very nice and willing to answer any questions or concerns I have if they can't answer them they contact Logan to ensure I get answers. Plan on using this services again for my private residence and they are the only one I will use for my business.

Logan was great to work with. My neighbor cut my tree down and left my yard looking like a tornado. I was almost in tears ...I didn't know what to do. I work too much and long hour days to have the time to clean up the yard. It would of taken me a month or longer. He came and quoted me and got the job done. I'm so happy with the outcome. Logan is very professional and does excellent work. I have hired contractors for various jobs over the years and many were excellent at their craft but most were not very conscientious in cleaning up after the job. Logan was extremely conscientious on the job to the end, and there was no trace or mess. I had Logan and his crew grind stumps, trim the tree in front of my home and later asked him back to trim another another tree in back. Every job was done extremely well and to my satisfaction. The fees charged are also very competitive. I highly recommend Portneuf Valley Tree Service to to all.
